The Desert Snow Training Program consists of more than 75 highly qualified administrators and instructors whose combined training and expertise could not be matched by any other highway interdiction training program in the world.  The administrators are responsible for the daily operations and behind the scenes logistics of the Desert Snow Training Program. 

Instructors are current or retired law enforcement officers with different levels of expertise and knowledge in the field of highway criminal interdiction.  They not only bring different levels of expertise to the program but provide specific knowledge on trafficking trends related to their geographical areas of assignment.  These instructors come from federal, state, county and local agencies from throughout the United States and Canada.  All are in good standing with their departments.
